Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2 August 2026
App: PukPuk · Developer: Mk Consulting Michał Klepaczko
PukPuk does not tolerate content or behaviour that sexually exploits children, harms them, or puts them at risk. This page describes our rules, how to report violations, and the actions we take.
1. What we prohibit
In the PukPuk app, the following are prohibited in particular:
- materials depicting child sexual abuse (CSAM) in any form — photos, videos, drawings, or computer-generated content;
- grooming a child for sexual abuse, including contacting a child for sexual purposes;
- sexual blackmail of a child (sextortion);
- trafficking of children and any form of their sexual exploitation;
- sexualisation of minors, including descriptions, comments, and listings of that nature;
- encouraging a child to keep contact secret from parents or guardians, or persuading them to meet.
The prohibition covers all areas of the app where users create content or communicate: listings, events, rentals, profiles, photos, descriptions, and chat messages.
2. User age
PukPuk is not an app intended for children. Users must be at least 13 years old; users under 18 should use the app with parental or guardian consent and supervision. We do not target children with marketing content or features designed specifically for them.
3. How to report a violation
In the app
Every listing, event, profile, and chat conversation includes an option to report content or a user. You can submit a report without leaving the app.
By email
You can also write to michal.klepaczko@gmail.com. Put “Child safety” in the subject line so the report is handled with priority.
Please include a link to the content or the username, a description of the issue, and — if possible — the date and time of the incident. Do not send materials depicting child exploitation; pointing to where they are is enough.
4. What we do after receiving a report
Reports related to child safety are handled with priority. After receiving them, we:
- remove the content promptly once a violation is confirmed;
- block or delete the account of the user responsible for the violation;
- preserve data needed to investigate the matter and refer it to law enforcement, to the extent permitted by law;
- notify the competent authorities if there is suspicion that a crime has been committed.
5. Cooperation with authorities and organisations
We act in accordance with Polish and EU law and cooperate with law enforcement in matters involving child sexual exploitation. Anyone may also report such content directly:
- Police — emergency numbers 112 or 997;
- Dyżurnet.pl (NASK) — hotline for illegal online content: dyzurnet.pl;
- Helpline for children and young people — 116 111;
- Empowering Children Foundation (Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę) — fdds.pl.
6. Contact person
The person responsible for child safety and CSAM prevention at PukPuk is Michał Klepaczko, Mk Consulting Michał Klepaczko.
Contact: michal.klepaczko@gmail.com
7. Updates
We review these standards at least once a year and after any material change to app features. The current version is always available at this address.
